Interpersonal

I have had various jobs that require a high competency of interpersonal skills.

I have been a missionary with NET Ministries and FOCUS which have both involved connecting with people one-on-one, in small groups, and public speaking.

During my time at NDCEL, our conferences were times to check in on our members and form relationships with them. Our members (principals, superintendents, and other 
educational leaders) have very difficult and isolating jobs. This was a time for them to be taken care of by someone else and it helped us know how we could expand our supports for them. I did do some public speaking during my time with this organization as well. Daily, I emailed and called with our members to assist them with their needs and made known the value of NDCEL in their professional and personal lives.
